Perhaps it's time to start asking Dell really what they think, with a few well placed phone calls, and to also provide transcripts to other areas of managment, to see what their opinion would actually be, cause actually, this is kinda confusing. "I also think the line between opinion and Dell TOS (terms of service) is very thin when it might involve endorsing or recommending something that might lead (it is a good scanner, but not a means to an end) alot of people into thinking they can fix things with that, just a few programs by themselves, when they have no idea what their doing.
